A gift card is a prepaid value card that is sent by e-mail for self-printing. A 12-digit code is written on the gift card. As soon as you enter the code in the shopping cart, the value of the gift card will be deducted from the value of your order (excluding shipping costs). The gift card expires automatically after three years. The period begins at the end of the year in which the card was purchased.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

The Gift Card can be ordered online like any other product in the RammsteinShop. It is not sent by mail but digitally by e-mail.

How do I use the Gift Card?

After you have selected your desired Rammstein products in the RammsteinShop, you can enter your gift card code in the shopping cart. The amount of the gift card will then be offset against the value of your order. If the gift card amount is higher than the order value, the remaining balance will remain on your gift card. Gift cards cannot be applied toward shipping costs. All orders are subject to shipping costs.

Where can I use the Gift Card?

The Gift Card can only be used for online orders on www.rammsteinshop.com. You can enter the code on the gift card in the shopping cart and the value of your gift card will be deducted from your order. The Gift Card can only be redeemed at rammsteinshop.com and not at rammsteinshop.us.

Can anyone use my Gift Card?

Yes. The gift card is not personalized. You can use the gift card yourself for an order or give it away to others. RammsteinShop assumes no liability for the loss, theft or unauthorized use of your gift card.

What happens with the remaining balance if I do not use the full value of the Gift Card when placing an order?

The initial balance of each Gift Card is equal to the value noted on the card, e.g. €150, €100 or €50. The remaining balance remains on the Gift Card and can be used for the next order. For this purpose, the Gift Card code is entered again in the shopping cart. The remaining balance will be offset against the order value until the entire credit balance is used up.

How many Gift Cards can I use per order?

Only one Gift Card code can be entered per order.

Can I return a Gift Card?

No. A gift card can only be exchanged for merchandise. Rammstein Gift Cards are therefore excluded from the return/payment of the money.

What happens when I return goods paid for with a gift card?

Credits for goods paid for with a gift card are only issued electronically. The credit will be credited back to your gift card code. With your next order you can access the credit balance again by entering the gift card code in the shopping cart.
