Revocation

You have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and in their original packaging.
For returns within Germany, Rammstein Merchandising oHG refunds the shipping costs.

If you are a registered user of our shop:
You can simply log into your account, view the relevant order, click the link return form and select the items you wish to return.

If you placed the order as a guest:
Please follow the return instructions in your shipping confirmation email.

If you can't find the email (please also check the spam inbox), please use our guest form.

The link return form will only appear after the order has been shipped. As long as the order is not yet in the shipping process, you can cancel the order directly. Use the link revoke .

You will receive a DHL return label by email.

Please keep the delivery note. Our Terms and Conditions state that, in the case of a supplier error or if defective goods were delivered, we will pay back the costs of the return delivery.
