How can we be of any help?

The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and in their original packaging.
For returns within Germany, Rammstein Merchandising oHG refunds the shipping costs.

If you are a registered user of our shop:
You can simply log into your account, view the relevant order, click the link return form and select the items you wish to return.

If you placed the order as a guest:
Please follow the return instructions in your shipping confirmation email.

If you can't find the email (please also check the spam inbox), please use our contact form.

You will receive a DHL return label by email.

Please keep the delivery note. Our Terms and Conditions state that, in the case of a supplier error or if defective goods were delivered, we will pay back the costs of the return delivery.

Once we have received and processed the return, you will be notified by email.

• For orders already shipped, please proceed as described in  SHIPPING AND RETURNS.
• Unfortunately, it is not (yet) possible to change the articles you have ordered or to add/remove articles if orders have not yet been shipped. In this case we can offer you to cancel the order completely so that you can order again.
• To cancel your order, please fill in your order number and e-mail address in the form below, add the keyword "CANCEL" to the message field "YOUR ENQUIRY" and click on "SUBMIT". Please note that discount codes will expire in this case.

You can see the current status of your order in your  user account. If you have placed an order as a guest without creating an account, it is unfortunately not possible to view your order later.
