The use of LIFAD operated by Rammstein Merchandising oHG, Hertzstr. 63B, 13158 Berlin, Germany, phone: +49 30 41 72 747 13, VAT ID: DE 212381357, Charlottenburg District Court, Division A of the Commercial Register (number 32657), (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”), at www.rammstein.de, is exclusively subject to the conditions explicitly stated at the time of contract conclusion.

In order to use the LIFAD service, you must agree to the terms and conditions presented here.

§ 1 Registration / Contract Duration

1.1 To use LIFAD, you must register and pay a membership fee.

The user can register at shop.rammstein.de and then pay through the RammsteinShop.

By using the RammsteinShop, the user agrees to the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policies.

1.2. The final membership price, including VAT and any additional fees, will be clearly stated to the user before registration and will always be available on the LIFAD website for review.

The membership fee fully covers the Provider’s services; however, additional charges for internet access may apply depending on the user’s internet or mobile network provider.

If certain content or goods offered by LIFAD require an additional fee, the Provider will clearly inform the user before use.

1.3. The Provider will grant the user immediate access to LIFAD upon payment.

1.4. The membership lasts for one year (12 months) from the contract conclusion. The membership will automatically renew for another year (12 months) unless canceled by either party with a notice period of 14 days before the end of the respective year. Cancellations must be made in writing (sending an email to lifad@rammstein.de is sufficient). Any statutory cancellation and/or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

1.5. The user can cancel their LIFAD membership in accordance with the notice period specified in §1.4:

• Via PayPal
  Log into your PayPal account. Go to “Account Settings” – “Payments” – “Payments by Direct Debit.” Select the LIFAD subscription from RammsteinShop and click on “Cancel.”

• Via RammsteinShop
  Log into your RammsteinShop account. Go to “My Account” – “Subscriptions.” Select the LIFAD subscription and click “Cancel Subscription.”

1.6. The user guarantees that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. The user is not permitted to register an account on behalf of another person or impersonate any individual or legal entity. The user must not provide false information or misrepresent their identity, age, or user data. The user must promptly update any changes to their data with the Provider or in their LIFAD user profile.

1.7. Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older may register for and use LIFAD.

1.8. A password protects access to the user’s LIFAD account. Each user is responsible for keeping their access details secure and confidential. The user agrees to keep their password secret, not to share it with third parties, and not to use third-party accounts. The user also agrees to immediately notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach and to change their password immediately upon becoming aware that third parties have had or have access to it. Users can contact the Provider at lifad@rammstein.de. The user is solely responsible for all actions performed through their account, even if access details were provided to a third party. The Provider assumes no liability for damages caused by misuse of the password, unless due to negligent unlawful use by the Provider.

§ 2 Cancellation Policy

2.1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Rammstein Merchandising oHG, Hertzstr. 63B, 13158 Berlin, phone: +49 30 41 72 747 13, fax: +49 30 41 72 747 19, email: lifad@rammstein.de) of your decision to cancel the contract with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, although it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it suffices to send the cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.

2.2. Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice to cancel this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; we will not charge any fees for the reimbursement.

If you requested the service to start during the cancellation period, you must pay us a proportionate amount for the services already provided by the time we are notified of your cancellation, based on the total value of the services outlined in the contract.

§ 3 Range of Services

3.1. User may establish friendships, exchange informations and opinions on subjects of any kind and contacts with other members of the Community operated by Provider, within the parameters of the Conditions of Use. To do so, he may view other users’ profiles and contact them. User may design his profile as he likes. Thus, he may furnish particulars about his age, appearance, interests etc, add own texts, photos and videos to his profile.

3.2. By registering with the Community, User may purchase subject to the than prevailing special offers various and sundry merchandise at shop.rammstein.de, including items exclusively for Community members and subject to special conditions for non-commercial use.

3.3. Additionally, Community members will receive information about special “Rammstein“ events, such as club concerts, recording releases, chats, raffles.

3.4. Provider points out that access to the Community and use of Community services and content via internet and so-called mobile internet is only possible by using the respective compatible devices.

§ 4 Scope of Services

4.1. With the membership, the user can purchase various merchandise items available on shop.rammstein.de, including exclusive items for LIFAD members, at special conditions for private and non-commercial use. Additional terms and conditions apply to these purchases, available at https://shop.rammstein.de/en/catalog/conditions.html.

4.2. The user will also receive priority access to ticket presales for “Rammstein” tours and/or individual concerts (excluding festivals, etc.) for private, non-commercial use. The event organizer’s terms and conditions apply to ticket presales.

4.3. LIFAD users will be notified about special “Rammstein” events, such as club concerts, album releases, chats, raffles, etc. If third-party offers are referenced, the third-party terms and conditions apply additionally.

4.4. The Provider reminds users that access to LIFAD and the use of its services and content via the internet and mobile internet is only possible with compatible devices.

§ 5 Conditions of Payment

5.1. By registering for LIFAD and submitting the related declarations, the user authorizes the Provider to collect the agreed membership fees according to the following terms and the payment method selected by the user. LIFAD membership fees are generally due in advance.

5.2. The billing period is 12 (twelve) months.

5.3. You can pay the LIFAD membership fee using a credit card, direct debit, gift card, or PayPal. The payment options are explained in detail during membership registration.

5.4. If the Provider is unable to charge the payment method provided by the user for the due payment, the Provider has the right to:

5.4.1. Immediately block access to the user profile.

5.4.2. Enforce the corresponding payment claims, including any fees for chargebacks, immediately, and if necessary, through legal means.

§ 6 General Rights and Obligations of Users

6.1. The service is for the registered user’s private and non-commercial use only. Commercial use or use beyond private purposes is generally prohibited.

6.2. The Provider has the right to limit the use or access to certain content or parts of the service at any time, without prior notice, if deemed necessary for technical or legal reasons and if it is reasonable for the user.

§ 7 Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. The LIFAD service includes information and materials owned by the Provider and/or its licensors, protected by intellectual property rights or other laws, including copyright. All rights are reserved.

7.2. All copyrights for the LIFAD service and content provided by the Provider belong to the Provider and/or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

7.3. The “Rammstein” name, the “Rammstein logo” word/image trademark, and other trademarks or identifiers associated with the artist group “Rammstein” used in connection with LIFAD are protected by trademark law. All rights are reserved.

§ 8 Liability

8.1. The Provider excludes liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, except where damages involve injury to life, body, or health, or relate to guarantees or claims under product liability law. Liability for breach of duties, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on which the customer can regularly rely, remains unaffected. The same applies to breaches by the Provider’s agents.

8.4. The Provider strives to make LIFAD available without interruptions but does not guarantee constant availability. The Provider may temporarily limit access to LIFAD for reasons such as capacity limits, server security or integrity, or to carry out necessary technical measures, provided it supports the proper functioning or improved delivery of services (e.g., maintenance work). In such cases, the Provider will take the legitimate interests of users into account, for example, by providing prior notifications.

§ 9 Data Protection

For data collected and processed by the user, the Provider’s data protection policies apply.

§ 11 Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention and the provisions of international private law. The contract language is German. The court of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted, Berlin.
