The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and in their original packaging.
For returns within Germany, Rammstein Merchandising oHG refunds the shipping costs.

If you are a registered user of our shop:
You can simply log into your account, view the relevant order, click the link RETURN FORM and select the items you wish to return.

If you placed the order as a guest:
Please follow the return instructions in your shipping confirmation email.

If you can`t find the email (please also check the spam inbox), please use our contact form.

· For the return of orders within Germany:

You will receive a DHL return label by email.

· For returns from abroad:

Please return the goods at your own expense as a franked parcel to the following address:

Please keep the delivery note. Our Terms and Conditions state that, in the case of a supplier error or if defective goods were delivered, we will pay back the costs of the return delivery.

Once we have received and processed the return, you will be notified by email.
