How much are the shipping fees?
Our products are sent by DHL or FedEx as insured parcels. For all deliveries within Germany, the postage and packaging costs are 6.50 EUR per parcel up to 5 kg, and 10.00 EUR per parcel up to 31 kg.
The shipping rate is based on package weight, size, and destination country. For example, shipping a package to an EU country costs 12-15 EUR (up to 1 kg).

We always recommend to exhaust the minimum order amount of 30.00 EUR, in order to keep shipping fees reasonable.
During the checkout process, you can see all shipping fees and extra costs at the end of the bill before you confirm the order. If you change your mind, you can still cancel your order.
Shipments to non-EU countries may require additional customs fees. Please inform yourself before ordering.
