The “Made in Germany 1995-2011” tour, which Rammstein embarked on in November 2011, was a monumental undertaking. With 78 concerts in Europe and 21 in North America, the band’s luggage included a steel stage structure: 24 m wide, 15 m high. Also along were 100 loudspeakers, a 380,000-watt sound system, and a total of 25 trucks and 125 crew members.
"Rammstein: Paris" was directed by Jonas Åkerlund, who filmed two Rammstein shows in March 2012, each attended by an audience of 17,000.

The concert film celebrated its world premiere on March 16, 2017 at the Berlin Volksbühne. Afterwards, on March 23, 2017, the film was successfully shown in cinemas in 46 countries worldwide!
